Angie Austin (Young Scrooge/Guide Understudy) Though few things are stranger than Angie Austin, she is no stranger to the struggles of young boys on Christmas. Last year she hobbled the streets of Westerville in pursuit of a cure for Polio. Now, she embodies shades of a forgotten child, as well as various other spirits. She performs improv at the Nest Theatre and is Dr. Cara Cature with the Good Medicine Specialists. Favorite Holiday Treat: Unsolicited Laughter
Pamela Chermansky (Guide) is a former Buckeye who is SO happy to be back in her home state for this year's production of Uptown Scrooge. When she relocated to Chicago in 1996 she moved to an apartment in the neighborhood of... you're not gonna believe this....UPTOWN !!!!!!! Coincidence? I think NOT! In case you haven't noticed, life is weird! She still lives in Chicago with her partner David, and their two teenagers, Lois and Oliver and the sweetest Goldendoodle ever, named Slider. Pamela works as a clown, actor, teacher and a few other things. Favorite Holiday Treat: Buckeyes
Dina Marie Walters (Guide) is a writer, performer, director, audiobook narrator and mom who lives in Chicago. She is a proud alumni of The Neo-Futurists, and is thrilled to return to Westerville for Uptown Scrooge. Favorite Holiday Treat: Watching Her Daughter Experience The Joy of Christmas.
Christina Yoho (Guide) is honored to be in this, her first Dickens adaptation. Unless you count Great Expectorations: A Sale of Two Titties, 2 pages of a 3-clown show, All the Great Books (Actors' at the Commons). She once thought that page as Scrooge had paid her debt to The Christmas Carol. Alas. Christina is also Ralph, the Therapy Dog with the Good Medicine Specialists. Favorite Holiday Treat: Too Much Hot Chocolate All Winter Long.
Carmel Avegnon Sanders, Production Manager
Carmel is the artistic director of Brave Young Voices, The Westerville Youth Theater Project. She is also proud mother of 3, an arts administrator, youth arts advocate, teacher/coach, and performer. She has been blessed to perform all over the country and abroad in radio, TV, film, and her first love- the stage! She went on hiatus from performing after having children and focused her creative passions on teaching Baha’i Children’s classes. She is excited to be a part of her first professional theatrical experience in a long time. She’s got the bug, and hopes this is the first of many more opportunities! She thanks her husband, her mother, and her friends for their support, love, and patience these last couple of months. Favorite Holiday Treat: Candy Canes
John Beeler (Nephew Fred) is very excited to be in Uptown Scrooge. This is his third time working on different productions of A Christmas Carol, and the first time not as The Ghost of Christmas Present! He performs with Project Murder Mystery and the Ohio Renaissance Festival and is Dr. WizARD with the Good Medicine Specialists Favorite Holiday Treat: Hot Cocoa
Tori Boone (Stagehand) began her journey in the arts at the tender age of 6 years old. She began in dance and soon added singing and acting to her repertoire. She studied theater and music at Otterbein University and learned the ways of the backstage. She went on to work on the Lion King tour in 2004 and Uptown Scrooge during the 2016 season. Tori is excited to once again join the talented actors and crew. Favorite Holiday Treat: Peppermint Hot chocolate With Marshmallows
Tyler Brunetti (Bob Cratchit) is a local Westervillian, stand-up comedian, physical therapist, fitness nut, and, after some acting classes and a few years of improv, is going to be tackling the role of Bob Cratchit! Favorite Holiday Treat: Mom’s Fruitcake
Amy Marrocco (Finale Elf) was born at a very young age. She is mother to 4 snarky children and wife to a very patient husband. She dances when noone is watching. Amy is pro-pudding skin, eating ice cream for breakfast and dreams of a world where superstition is mediocrestition. Favorite Holiday Treat: Fresh Baked Cookies, No Nuts, With Icing and Goodies on Top.
Tom Malinowski (Bob Cratchit)
Tom was a teaching artist and performer with Chicago’s critically-acclaimed Barrel of Monkeys for 14 years. He is currently a librarian in Chicago and would like a book recommendation from you, please.

Greg McGill (Ghost of Christmas Future) "Not a cat" Greg is usually not seen this far from downtown. Well, I guess I'm not exactly "seen" here either! Come to MadLab Theatre (www.MadLab.net) at 10pm on Dec. 15th and see why I'm not cast in a singing role. Favorite Holiday Treat: Buckeye Candies
Stephanie Meyst (Finale Elf) is a 5th grader at Hanby Magnet School in Westerville. Stephanie is slightly obsessed with the musical Hamilton and can sing every single song on the soundtrack. She loves swimming; hanging out with her brothers and friends, and playing Animal Jam. Favorite Holiday Treat: Christmas Cookies
Jesse Pimpinella (Nephew Fred) From Youngstown, Ohio, Jesse Pimpinella is stand-up comedian who has worked with numerous comedians from Saturday Night Live, NBC and Comedy Central. He has been seen on CBS. He is an online sensation that has been hailed by ComicSeen "Absolutely Hysterical." He’s currently a contributor on Buzzfeed. Favorite Holiday Treat: Pumpkin Pie
Alexa Rausch (Costume Assistant) This is Alexa's first time working with Good Medicine Productions, although they have been doing stage management in Columbus since high school. They someday hope to go college for technical theatre. They are especially excited for this production because of the unique tour format. Favorite Holiday Treat: Mom’s homemade chocolate-covered dried apricots.
Candi Rotolo (W.A.R.M. Beggar) is excited to return to Uptown Scrooge after her debut in last year's production. It was a wonderful and challenging experience! Retired after 42 years of service with the American Cancer Society she is enjoying traveling, volunteering, community and church activities, cards and board games but most of all spending time with family and friends including her beloved pets. Favorite Holiday Treat: Pumpkin Pie
Laila Sanders (Finale Elf) is a 2nd grader who loves, dancing, playing tennis, sewing and playing with her sister and friends. She is so excited to be making her theatrical debut in Uptown Scrooge as an elf. She has had so much fun meeting the other elves and working on this production! She hopes she can do more in the future. Favorite Holiday Treat: Eggnog
Jenny Tupper (Tiny Tim) is a seventh grader at Walnut Springs in Westerville. This is her second year working with Uptown Scrooge and Good Medicine Productions. She has been working on vocal lessons for 3½ years. She always tries her best at home with education and her three dogs. She loves theater and music. When she is not on the stage she is working hard with after school activities. Favorite Holiday Treat: Apple Crisp.
Brian Smith (Turkey Stroller)
Brian is an Attorney with the Ohio Industrial Commission. A resident of Gahanna, he is married and has three wonderful daughters. A singer songwriter and member of two different area songwriting groups, this is his first theatre production. He would like to thank Kristie Vuocolo and Carmel Avegnon-Sanders for this opportunity, and his wife and family for their support. Favorite Holiday Treat: Christmas Cookies
Allison Weidmann (Belle) This is Allison's second year in Uptown Scrooge. From being a Tim last year, she has grown up to be Belle, where she gets to do one of her favorite holiday activities: singing Christmas songs as exaggeratedly as possible. Favorite Holiday Treat: No Bake Cookies.
Eli Wilson (Finale Elf/Turkey Stroller) is excited to be joining the Uptown Scrooge cast this year. He has been acting and singing with theater companies since he was 5 years old and truly loves making the audience laugh. He's thrilled to be part of such a unique fun presentation of this classic story. He is in the fourth grade and loves science. Enjoy the show, Scrooge, and thank you for joining us!! Kris Wilson (Finale Elf) is relatively new to the acting scene and took to the stage 3 years ago for the first time. She is thrilled to join this amazingly fun and talented cast and crew in this fantastically written and produced experience. Eloise Vuocolo (Tiny Tim) is really excited to be in Uptown Scrooge. She loves making people laugh and Uptown Scrooge is really fun. Eloise is a second grader at Whittier Elementary in Westerville. Eloise also loves to do shows for her mom and dad and play with her little brother. This show is dedicated to EVERYONE! Favorite Holiday Treat: Buckeyes
