This year you'll take a seat for a whirlwind interactive holiday experience like no other! Our fast-paced rendition of "A Christmas Carol" packs all the magic and mayhem into one hour!
Greeted by cheerful carolers and a grumpy (and dead) Jacob Marley, you'll be checked in and ready for the show in the stage room at Java Central Cafe. Our dynamic cast—including Nephew Fred, the Ghosts of Christmas Present, Past, Future, and a precocious Tiny Tim—will guide you through the story at lightning speed. The twist? The audience plays Scrooge, controlling the narrative. With a list of 10 chapter titles, the audience controls the order of the story. When you hear "HUMBUG," it's your cue to shout out the number of the next chapter, whether it's Chapter 1, Chapter 10, or any other—there are no rules! The story can unfold in any order, keeping everyone on their toes. As the sands of time tick down, the challenge is to complete the entire tale in just 45 minutes. All proceeds for the show go to support Good Medicine's pediatric and senior living program which brings professional performers bedside to senior living and pediatric facilities year-round to reduce anxiety, isolation and sadness in the medical environment.
